Once you’ve gone through the screening process and we have found a solid match for you and one of our clients, you’ll be assigned a staffing recruiter who will help you through the interview, work placement, and onboarding processes. We don’t just place you in a job and then walk away. Instead, we help you prepare for the job through training modules, tours, interview preparation, and mentor programs.

DiverseGOV provides you with the tools to ensure your work placement is a success. We provide you with agency and job assignment information and we coordinate your interviews to help make the process smooth for you and our client. After you’ve been placed in an assignment, we check back in on a regular basis to make sure all of your questions are answered and the assignment is a great fit.
